Abstract

An N-channel input-pair voltage regulator with soft-start and current-limit circuitry, said voltage regulator, comprising two input pairs with opposite type transistors (P-type and N-type) to provide a soft-start function for Gradually increase the output voltage of the voltage regulator to the operating voltage from zero or a voltage below the threshold of the N-type transistor.
