The invention relates to a charging control method and system for an electric vehicle aggregator. The charging control method comprises the steps of establishing a dual-layer optimization model for electric vehicle aggregator bidding based on the current driving mode; solving the dual-layer optimization problem according to constraint conditions to obtain the optimal solution of the dual-layer optimization problem; determining the charging policy of the electric vehicle aggregator according to the optimal solution; and controlling the electric vehicle aggregator to be charged according to the charging policy. According to the charging control method, the influence of the driving mode on the electric vehicle aggregator in participation in the electricity market trading bidding is taken into full consideration; the actual optimal bidding is realized under the premise of considering the coordination between the electricity purchasing cost of the electric vehicle aggregator and the current market benefit; and the charging policy is determined according to the optimal bidding in order to control the electric vehicle aggregator to be charged at the proper bidding cost so as to lower the electricity purchasing cost of the electric vehicle aggregator consequently.
