Abstract

The invention discloses a method and PCR specificity identifying primers for identifying rhizoma bletillae and adulterants of rhizoma bletillae. According to the specificity identifying primers designed through the specific site PCR technology, the base sequence of the upstream primer BJ-F is shown as SEQ ID NO:1, the base sequence of the upstream primer BJ-R is shown as SEQ ID NO:2, and the length of a target product segment is 508 bp. By means of a PCR amplification reaction system and reaction conditions determined through the primers and the method, true rhizoma bletillae and counterfeit drugs can be identified within a week with 1 g of sample.
