Abstract

The invention discloses a moving target observation and blur restoration method. The method uses multiple cameras of the same model with continuous shooting functions to capture and shoot moving targets in the same field of view to obtain observation images; the obtained observation images are separately processed. Motion blur function estimation and segmentation extraction are used to obtain respective motion blur target images; using the obtained motion blur target image and motion blur function, a spatial domain joint restoration algorithm is used to obtain a clear target image. The present invention has low requirements for hardware equipment and only requires a plurality of popular digital cameras with continuous shooting functions to solve the problems of high-speed moving target observation and blur restoration.
