Abstract

The dolly body comprises a dolly top plate and encompassment plates which are arranged around the dolly top plate in an encompassing manner; an open groove is formed; and a fire-proof material layer is poured in the open groove. The dolly wheel assemblies are symmetrically arranged at the four corners inside the open groove; each dolly wheel assembly comprises a vertical shaft, a bearing seat, a transverse shaft and a roller bearing, wherein each bearing seat is connected with the corresponding vertical shaft in a matched manner; the bearing seats are fixedly arranged in the open groove; and each roller bearing is horizontally mounted on the corresponding bearing seat through the corresponding transverse shaft. The dolly bottom poking block assembly comprises a floating poking block arranged among the dolly wheel assemblies; and the floating poking block can float up and down along with movement of the discharging dolly for the calcium carbide furnace.
