Abstract

The invention discloses a touch panel, which defines a touch area and a routing area which surrounds the touch area. The touch panel comprises a cover plate and a touch sensing structure, wherein the cover plate is provided with a first surface and a second surface, and the first surface and the second surface are opposite; the touch sensing structure is positioned on the second surface; the second surface is provided with a piezoresistance layer by corresponding to at least one position of the area of the routing area; each piezoresistance layer is independently electrically connected with a first lead and a second lead, the first lead inputs voltage, and the second lead outputs voltage; and the electrical resistivity of the piezoresistance layer is changed when the piezoresistance layer is subjected to stress so as to cause the output voltage of the second lead to correspondingly change. The invention also provides an electronic device which uses the touch panel.
