Abstract

The invention provides a reinforcement method for a pressed steel plate with continuous elliptical holes. The method includes the steps that (1) according to the geometric dimension and the material characteristic of the plate with the elliptical holes, namely the perforated plate, the pressure strength limit of the perforated plate after drilling weakening is calculated; (2) a proper reinforcement mode and a proper reinforcing plate dimension are selected according to the geometric feature of the perforated plate and the actual engineering requirement; (3) the pressure strength limit obtained after reinforcement is calculated according to the formula; (4) the strength of the reinforced perforated plate is checked, and if the strength does not meet the design requirements, the step (2), the step (3) and the step (4) are carried out repeatedly until the strength obtained after reinforcement meets the design requirements; and (5) the reinforcing plate is welded to the perforated plate as required.
