A fabric of the underpants is made from a blended material which mainly contains silkworm pupa protein fibers; an underpants body, which is formed through seamless weaving, can naturally fit a body; a circle of air regulating channel is formed around the abdomen an back parts of the underpants body through three-dimensional weaving; an efficient anti-leakage layer is added on the hips on the back surface of the underpants body, and a filter layer is arranged around the hips; the crotch part of the underpants body adopts a loop-transfer weave which has the strongest air permeability; and the waist head and the edges of trouser legs of the underpants body are tuck stitch dual-layer edges which are woven in the form of grooves.
