The early warning mechanism comprises a three-directional acceleration sensor, a real-time vibration signal conditioning system, a real-time mode acquisition and spectrum analysis system, a plurality of force sensor assemblies, a plurality of real-time strain signal conditioning systems, a plurality of real-time strain acquisition and analysis system, a real-time spectrum comparison system, a real-time strain comparison system, a determination system and a data output system. According to the invention, on the basis of a monitoring way with dynamic and static combination, the acceleration sensor and a bolt fastening force sensor are used for detection.
