Abstract

The invention discloses an integrated pipeline for nuclear power plant human error preventing training and a human factor training system thereof. The integrated pipeline comprises a water tank, a main pipe system and a centrifugal pump protection pipe system. The water tank comprises a water outlet pipe and a water inlet pipe. One end of the main pipe system is connected with the water outlet pipe, and the other end is connected with the water inlet pipe so as to form a loop. The main pipe system comprises a first pipeline, a second pipeline and a standby pipeline which are connected in parallel, and the first pipeline, the second pipeline and the standby pipeline are respectively provided with a first isolating valve, a centrifugal pump, a non-return valve, an electric regulating valve and a second isolating valve which are arranged in turn. The centrifugal pump protection pipe system comprises three protection pipelines. One end of the three protection pipelines is connected with the first pipeline, the second pipeline and the standby pipeline and the connecting points are arranged between the electric regulating valve and the second isolating valve, and the other end of the three protection pipelines is connected with the water tank.
