control rod, a longitudinal movement unit and a horizontal steering unit is used for collecting horizontal steering movement data and longitudinal movement data of a user; and selecting to activate the
program control steering mode or the manual steering mode based on a preset
training level. In the program-controlled steering mode, a following path is generated based on a Frenet coordinate
system, a virtual motion carrier is automatically controlled to move, meanwhile, longitudinal motion parameters are matched to drive a
control rod to move longitudinally, and limbs of a user are driven to complete training; in the manual steering mode, the user is guided to control the
control rod to execute steering and / or longitudinal movement, a training path is generated according to collected data, and limb training is achieved by controlling the virtual movement carrier. According to the method, multi-mode steering and personalized path planning are fused, the training pertinence and interestingness are improved, and refined
interaction control is achieved.
