Abstract

The invention provides a cardiorespiratory endurance indirect testing method based on an intelligent exercise bicycle. An incremental load testing scheme is implemented on a constant-power output platform of the intelligent exercise bicycle and motion heart rates are subjected to actual measurement; a motion intensity and motion heart rate forecast and evaluation model is established in accordance with test results of the last two stages of loads, and then the maximum motion intensity, in correspondence to the maximum heart rate, of a tested object is calculated by virtue of the model, so that an index for assessing the cardiorespiratory endurance of the tested object is obtained. According to the method disclosed by the invention, tests on various stages of loads are implemented under fixed pedaling frequency and fixed power conditions, and the evaluation model is more reliable and the test result is more precise; an operating process is simple and easy to implement; it is unnecessary for the tested object to reach a movement limit; and the method provides a scientific guidance basis for assessing a cardiorespiratory endurance status, making an exercise prescription and for mobilizing the tested object to participate in a motion.
