Abstract

The invention discloses a dynamic vibration absorber for hoisting process. The dynamic absorber comprises a casing and connectors which are arranged on the periphery of the casing. A mass block and supporting structures are arranged inside the casing; the mass block is slidably supported by the supporting structures. A plurality of vibration absorption damper sets are connected to the periphery of the mass block. Each vibration absorption damper set comprises a hydraulic damper and an air spring arranged side by side; one end of the hydraulic damper is hinged to the outer wall of the mass block while the other end of the hydraulic damper is hinged to the inner wall of the casing, and axes of hinges at two ends are both perpendicular to the supporting surface of the corresponding supporting structure; one end of the air spring is connected to the outer wall of the mass block while the other end of the air spring is connected to the inner wall of the casing; the vibration absorber damper further comprises a hydraulic damping regulator and an air spring regulator. Hinged connection among the hydraulic dampers, the mass block and the casing provides a guarantee to free movement of the mass block on the supporting structure so that multi-direction vibration absorption effect in the same plane is achieved. Besides, both damping factor and elasticity coefficient are adjustable so that the dynamic vibration absorber can be applied widely on conditions of different wind loads and different sections.
