The method includes the steps that before the submarine pipeline is laid, the adopted devices are fixedly connected to preset positions of the pipeline firstly; in the pipeline laying process, the hooks in self-unlocking structures are hung in hook holes in a protection layer structure, the anchoring disc and the pipeline form a whole, and the anchoring disc falls onto a seabed along with the pipeline; the anchoring disc firstly falls onto the seabed, and then the pipeline continues to fall, the hooks in the self-unlocking structures are gradually separated from the hook holes in the protection layer structure at the moment, and the pipeline is pressed on the anchoring disc; and under the effect of the dead weight and the weight of the pipeline, a cylinder on the anchoring disc is inserted in the seabed.
