The invention is in a vacuum driven sander that is appropriate for drywall sanding, that utilizes a vacuum flow pulled therethrough to drive a turbine that includes an adjustable lock mounting through a bearing assembly to an eccentric to turn the eccentric that is connected to oscillate a sanding pad that mounts a section of sanding material, and that vacuum air flow also provides for removing sanded particles off from the sanded surface that are transported through the sander and a connected pipe or hose into a catchment container. The sander housing includes a pole mounting cylinder that projects outwardly from a housing top surface and is ported with equal spaced radial cavities formed around the port, and with a selected pair of cavities to receive each of a pair of stub axles of a pivot collar, providing a first pivot coupling that, along with a second pivot mounting of the collar to the end of a hollow bent tube, provides a universal coupling of the hollow bent tube to the sander body that allows for the pivoting of the sander whereby the sanding surface remains in engagement with the wall as it is moved up and down and across the wall. The hollow bent tube also includes a static discharge electrical connector that receives a female connector fixed to an end of a conductive wire for positioning in a sander pole that is mounted to the bent tube end, with the wire extending the length of the pole wherethrough the vacuum exhaust flow passes and conducts a static electric charge into the vacuum flow.

Selective scrambler for use in a communication system and method to minimize bit error at the receiver

A communication system for transmitting and receiving a sequence of bits, and the methodology for transferring that sequence of bits are provided. The communication system includes a transmitting circuit and a receiving circuit. Within the transmitting circuit is a scrambler that comprises a shift register, an enable circuit, and an output circuit. The shift register temporarily stores n bits within the sequence of bits, and the enable circuit enables the shift register to store bits that arise only within the payload section of a frame. The output circuit includes a feedback, and several taps within the n stages to scramble logic values within the sequence of n bits output from the shift registers thus effectively preventing in most instances the sequence of bits from exceeding n number of the same logic value. Within the receiving circuit is a descrambler also having a shift register, an enable circuit, and an output circuit. The descrambler recompiles the scrambled data back to its original form. The scrambler is preferably placed before an encoder in the transmission path to minimize data dependent, low frequency jitter. The encoder is used to place a coding violation into the frame to signal the beginning of each frame, and to encode the parity with an offset against any DC accumulation of the coding violation and the scrambled payload to eliminate all DC accumulation (baseline wander) within each frame.

The container has a circular opening. The opening has a plurality of outwardly facing tabs about its circumference. The lid has a plurality of mating inwardly facing tabs that can interface with said outwardly facing tabs. The lid has a secondary floating inner lid, said inner lid having a soft rubber gasket attached to its perimeter, said inner lid capable of being forced toward the lip of said container opening by a cam attached to a hinged lever located on the front of said circular lid. The components contained within said lid arranged in such a way that said air pump automatically turns on when the user twists said lid onto said container opening thereby activating said on-off switch which turns on said pump. Said pump being automatically turned off when a predetermined pressure or vacuum is reached by means of said pressure switch or said vacuum switch. Said ozone generator is automatically turned on for a predetermined period of time and turned automatically turned off by means of said timing circuit. The air in said container is capable of being periodically released by said solenoid valve that is controlled by said timing circuit.

According to the method, the coal ash and tar removal rate is high, towers are not blocked, phenols/ammonia/oil can be recovered step by step, the operation is stable, and the treatment cost is low, so that the method is particularly applicable to the treatment of the coal chemical industry wastewater with relatively high coal ash and tar concentration, and secondary pollution caused by the wastewater can be avoided; and the removal rate of total phenols in the wastewater is higher than 94%, the removal rate of ammonia is higher than 99%, the removal rate of oil is higher than 93%, the removal rate of coal ash is higher than 95%, and BOD<5>/COD<Cr> is increased by 30% compared with that of original coal chemical industry wastewater, so that favorable conditions are created for subsequent biochemical treatment.
