The nitrogen-doped hollow carbon ball loaded palladium-based catalyst prepared by adopting the preparation method has the nitrogen content of 10.4-22.4wt%, has the advantages of excellent oxidization reaction catalysis property to alcohol, stable performance, low preparation cost and simple preparation process, and is a novel high-performance catalyst for a low-temperature direct alcohol fuel cell anode.
