The invention provides an organic electroluminescent iridium coordination compound and a preparation method and application thereof, relating to an iridium-containing organic electroluminescent material and a preparation method thereof and application thereof. The invention solves the problems of the electroluminescent iridium coordination compound with a host-guest intergraded structure such as difficult synthesis, bad thermo-stabilization performance, bad solution processing performance and low electroluminescent efficiency. The coordination compound has the following formula. The method comprises the steps of: reacting benzaldehyde or ramification of the benzaldehyde with o-phenylenediamine; reacting a product after the reaction with hole transport group-substituted bromine to obtain ligand; reacting the ligand with iridium chloride; and reacting a product with glycerol and potassium carbonate to obtain the coordination compound. The organic electroluminescent iridium coordination compound is used in an organic electroluminescent device. The thermal decomposition temperature of the coordination compound is 402 DEG C, the synthesis is easy, the current density of the electroluminescent device is 200-450 mA/square centimeter, the luminosity is 2800-11000 cd/square meter, and the maximum external quatum efficiency is 6%.

The invention provides a trinuclear rare earth complex based on a schiff base ligand as well as a solvent thermal preparation method and application of the trinuclear rare earth complex. Schiff base formed by 4-aminoantipyrine and aromatic aldehyde with one hydroxyl group respectively at an ortho-position and a meta-position is taken as the ligand; the schiff base ligand is enabled to react with rare earth metal ions for 48-72h in a closed way under the conditions of low temperature and a mixed organic solvent, and is then subjected to coordination in a closed high pressure environment, so that the trinuclear rare earth complex which is clear in structure and stable in properties can be formed; from the view of the structure of the complex, the two hydroxyl oxygen adjacent atoms, which are respectively positioned at the ortho-position and the meta-position of the aromatic aldehyde, not only participate in the coordination, but also form an oxygen bridge so as to link three rare earth metal ions, so that the stability of the complex is improved. The solvent thermal preparation method of the trinuclear rare earth complex is simple and easy to control and convenient in purification, can be used for rapidly obtaining complex crystal, and facilitates structural analysis and performance study; furthermore, antibacterial experiments prove that the trinuclear rare earth complex based on the schiff base ligand has candida species resistance, thus being applied to inhibition of candida species as a bacteriostatic agent.

The invention discloses a piperazine-modified phthalocyanine complex as well as a preparation method and an application thereof. Piperazine molecules are introduced into the macrocyclic periphery of a metal phthalocyanine so as to enhance the amphipathy, the biocompatibility and the targeting of the phthalocyanine. A piperazine group contains two N atoms, so that after the synthesized phthalocyanine complex enters a tissue, if the tissue is normal, the single excitation state of the phthalocyanine can be quenched by lone pair electrons on the N atoms of the piperazine group under a light irradiation condition. Thus, the generation of singlet oxygen is avoided. If the tumor tissue is in a weak acid state, the N atoms are protonated, so that the single excitation state of the phthalocyanine cannot be quenched. Therefore, the singlet oxygen is generated so as to kill tumor cells. Based on the theory, the selectivity of the photodynamic therapy of the phthalocyanine is improved due to the introduction of the piperazine group, so that the damage of the phthalocyanine to the normal tissue is reduced. The piperazine-modified phthalocyanine complex has a single structure and does not contain isomers, and is easy to purify and low in cost, thereby being favorable for industrial production.
