Abstract

The invention discloses a bridge plate for measuring positional accuracy between a prismatic guide rail and a dovetail guide rail. The bridge plate comprises a main plate and a measuring assembly and a reference surface assembly which are mounted on the main plate. The measuring assembly comprises a lever structure and a dial gauge. A fulcrum of the lever structure is movably mounted on the main plate, and he lower end of the lever structure is connected with a spherical structure for making contact with a dovetail guide rail surface. The upper end of the lever structure is in contact with a dial gauge head. The reference surface assembly is clamped on a prismatic guide rail surface, and is in contact with the prismatic guide rail surface. According to the invention, the prismatic guide rail surface is adopted as a reference surface; two cylindrical mandrels of the reference surface assembly are respectively abutted on two side faces of the prismatic guide rail; and the spherical structure at the lower end of the lever structure is contacted with the dovetail guide rail surface; after the bridge plate structure is pulled, the lever structure pushes the dial gauge with the fulcrum as the center; and the dynamic changes of the dial gauge attached at the upper end of the lever structure are observed to detect whether the dovetail guide rail surface and the reference surface are parallel.
