Abstract

The invention discloses a method and device for calibrating measurement of gas sulfuric acid. The method comprises the following steps: generating excessive OH free radicals; converting SO2 with known concentration into a sulfuric acid standard sample; determining the concentration of the sulfuric acid standard sample through the concentration of SO2; feeding the sulfuric acid standard sample to a chemical ionization mass spectrograph; and carrying out system calibration on the chemical ionization mass spectrograph. By the method, accuracy of measurement of the sulfuric acid can be improved remarkably, and development of aerosol chemistry such as particulate matter nucleation research is promoted.
