The invention discloses a sequencing batch intermittent aeration three-phase fluidized bed and a sewage treatment method, wherein the sequencing batch intermittent aeration three-phase fluidized bed comprises a tank body, two carrier separator groups communicating a sedimentation tank and reaction zones, two water decanters arranged in the reaction zones, a water inlet pipe communicated with the sedimentation tank, and an aeration device, wherein the tank body comprises a reaction tank, the sedimentation tank and a clapboard; the sedimentation tank, the reaction tank and the clapboard form the two reaction zones in an encircling manner; the aeration device comprises an aeration draught fan, a three-way valve and an aerator pipe. The treatment method is as follows: sewage is introduced into the sedimentation tank until the sewage overflows into the reaction tank, the two reaction zones are alternatively aerated, so that the two reaction zones are subjected to partial nitrification alternatively, and an effluent is subjected to standing.
