The method comprises the following steps that: at the transmitting end, the dynamic dimension expansion transmitter judges whether a previous information packet is transmitted successfully or not according to feedback of the receiving end, generates a transmission dimension expansion sequence based on a plaintext sequence which is transmitted successfully last time, and performs dimension expansion coded modulation by using the sequence; and at the receiving end, the dynamic dimension expansion receiver generates a dimension expansion sequence according to a plaintext sequence which is received successfully latest, performs dimension expansion demodulation and decoding by using the sequence to obtain a corresponding receiving plaintext, performs integrity verification, and feeds back a result to the transmitting end.
