Abstract

The multi-purpose clamping device comprises a base, an upper pressing plate, a pressure display screen, a moving plate, a base plate and a spring. According to sensors on the upper faces of the base, the moving plate and the base plate, the multi-purpose clamping device is adjusted by adjusting nuts, the pressing force is effectively controlled, the stress is uniformed, and the quality of machined workpieces is improved. Through the adjustment of the pressing force, the overall strength and rigidity of weldments are improved. The multi-purpose clamping device is mainly used for connecting T-shaped connectors between thermoplastic plastic or between the thermoplastic plastic and metal materials, and the gap between the adjusting base and the moving plate can be adjusted according to the thickness of a lower workpiece.
