AI Technical Summary

Benefits of technology

This patented method involves making Moringa Oleifera (Moa) Layer Tea that produces unique flavors without harmful germs or unwanted microorganisms during its manufacturing process. It results in high quality products for sale at an affordable price compared to traditional methods such as brewing coffee beans from green teas made by others.

Problems solved by technology

This patented technology describes different ways to make coffee or fuzzlecous tea without harmful chemical substances. However, these methods result in inferior flavours due to their use of green tea extractives containing specific components. To solve this problem, researchers explored alternative techniques involving enzymatic treatment of vegetable oils during manufacturing processes. These alternatives include dry milling, grinding, mixing with water solubles, heat fusion, imitation brewing, and others.

Abstract

The invention relates to a processing method of fu-brick tea containing moringa leaves. The processing method comprises the steps that a semi-finished product is made from raw dark green tea through the processes of screening, impurity removing, air separating, classifying and the like, the moringa leaves are cut into strips or slices of which the length and the size are similar to those of the semi-finished tea leaves, the tea leaves and the moringa leaves are blended in proportion and mixed to be uniform by adding novel tea glaze, pile fermentation is conducted for several hours, stirring and uniform mixing are conducted, compression moulding is conducted through steaming, the moulded tea leaves are put into a drying room to be dried and subjected to mouldy spot appearing, and then the fu-brick tea is obtained. According to the fu-brick tea containing the moringa leaves, more mouldy spots are generated, the liquor color is orange red and transparent, the tea aroma is unique, the mouthfeel mellow and slightly sweet, and the content of theanine, the content of soluble sugar, the content of theaflavin and the content of thearubigins are all significantly higher than those of commercially-available fu-brick tea.
