Abstract

A V-shaped pulp removing room is formed at the spacing distance between two tapered rotary drums in the same direction and in parallel. A discharge port of a double-roll differential rubbing machine is provided with a camera used for providing a feeding signal to the computer. The computer ensures uniform and best feeding by controlling rotating speed of a vibrating motor. When walnuts fall into the V-shaped pulp removing room between the two tapered rotary drums, walnuts can gradually linearly increase speed under effect of gravity and friction force of the two tapered rotary drums and move towards large ends of the tapered rotary drums. The linear speed in on the increase and walnuts centrifugally rotate without extrusion and frictional damage such that centrifugal force is combined with a banister brush, removing pulp and classifying under brushing effect.
