The first temperature change end of each semiconductor refrigeration module is arranged in the air return flue; and each semiconductor refrigeration module is configured to allow the first temperature change end and the second temperature change end to serve as a refrigeration end for reducing temperature and a heating end for raising the temperature under control, so that the air entering the air return flue flows through the first temperature change end and the evaporator in sequence, and water therein is condensed at the first temperature change end.
