The monitoring method includes acquiring motor parameters by using the data measuring module, the motor parameters undergoing the data processing module, the data acquisition module performing high-speed acquisition on the motor parameters, at the same time transmitting the acquired data to the upper computer monitoring platform so as to process, display, store and playback the motor parameters and performs alarm shutdown, thus achieving man-machine interaction. According to the invention, the apparatus improves traditional detection methods by utilizing online monitoring technology, and can monitor the operation states of the motor in a more accurate and real-time manner.
