Problems solved by technology

[0003] With the deepening of the application of UHF RFID, in some special application scenarios, UHF RFID needs to be able to realize the interaction of long-distance reading and writing and short-distance reading and writing. However, the current UHF RFID tag chips are generally It is used for long-distance reading and writing, and it is impossible to realize the interaction between long-distance reading and writing and short-distance reading and writing. For this, the present invention proposes an ultra-high frequency RFID tag chip and its method that can realize long-distance and short-distance interaction to solve the above problems. question

Abstract

The invention discloses an ultrahigh frequency RFID tag chip capable of achieving far and near interaction and a method thereof. The tag chip comprises a radio frequency analog front end, a distance selection circuit and a base band. The radio frequency analog front end is used for receiving a radio frequency signal to obtain energy, performing demodulation to obtain transmission information and transmitting the information to the base band, and modulating information returned by the base band and reflecting the modulated information to a reader. The distance selection circuit is used for comparing an input signal which is received by the radio frequency analog front end and which is related to radio frequency signal reception amplitude with a reference voltage, performing logic operation of a comparison result and a distance control signal and outputting a control signal to the base band, so as to determined whether the tag chip returns data to the reader or not. The base band is used for processing an ultrahigh frequency RFID protocol and returning data to the radio frequency analog front end under the output control of the distance selection circuit. The invention achieves far and near reading and writing switching using the ultrahigh frequency tag chip, and enables the ultrahigh frequency RFID tag chip to achieve two modes of far reading and writing and near reading and writing.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to radio frequency identification (Radio Frequency Identification, RFID) technology, in particular to an ultra-high frequency RFID tag chip capable of realizing long-distance interaction and a method thereof. Background technique [0002] Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology is an automatic identification technology that uses radio frequency signals to achieve non-contact information transmission through spatial coupling, and achieves the purpose of identification through the transmitted information, which is required for electronic data carriers to work. The energy can be obtained non-contact by the reader, and the information can be read and written through the data exchange between the reader and the tag. In the process of completing the identification, no human intervention is required, it is not easy to be damaged, and it can support fast reading and mobile Long-term tracking functions such as recognition, multi-t...
