Embodiment 1

[0047] The embodiment of the present invention provides a method for quantitative evaluation of carbonate reservoir pores, see figure 1 , the method includes:

[0048] Step 101: Using computer tomography (Computed Tomography, referred to as CT) and nuclear magnetic resonance technology to carry out experiments on the rock core, to establish the hole radius and transverse relaxation time (T 2 ) Correspondence between.

[0049] Step 102: Obtain the corresponding relationship between the lateral relaxation time and the porosity of the reservoir.

[0050] Step 103: According to the corresponding relationship between the pore radius of the core and the lateral relaxation time, the corresponding relationship between the pore radius interval and the pore volume percentage of the reservoir is obtained from the corresponding relationship between the lateral relaxation time and the porosity of the reservoir.

[0051] The embodiment of the present invention uses CT and nuclear magnetic...

Embodiment 2

[0053] The embodiment of the present invention provides a method for quantitative evaluation of carbonate reservoir pores, see figure 2 , the method includes:

[0054]Step 201: Using CT to conduct an experiment on the core to obtain the volumes and corresponding radii of all holes in the core.

[0055] In practical applications, the core is a cylindrical rock sample taken out of a hole by using an annular core drill bit and other coring tools according to the needs of geological exploration work or engineering. In this example, the core is a sample from a (carbonate) reservoir.

[0056] In a specific implementation, the core is tested with CT experimental equipment, and the CT experimental equipment can list all the pore volumes and radii of the core, that is, obtain all the pore volumes and radii of the core.

[0057] Alternatively, the number of cores may be three.

[0058] It is understandable that three cores are used for the experiment, and the average value of the ex...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for quantitative evaluation of carbonate rock reservoir pores, and belongs to the technical field of oil and gas field exploration and development. The method comprises the following steps: experiments are performed on a rock core by CT and NMR techniques to establish the corresponding relationship between the pore radius and the transverse relaxation time of the rock core; the corresponding relationship between the transverse relaxation time and the porosity of a reservoir is obtained; and according to the corresponding relationship between the pore radius and the transverse relaxation time of the rock core, the corresponding relationship between the pore radius range and the pore volume fraction of the reservoir is obtained from the corresponding relationship between the transverse relaxation time and the porosity of the reservoir. According to the method, by use of the CT and NMR techniques for experiments on the rock core, the corresponding relationship between the pore radius range and the pore volume fraction of the reservoir is finally obtained, reservoir property of the reservoir can be intuitively understood, and the needs of oil and gas field exploration and development can be met.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of exploration and development of oil and gas fields, in particular to a method for quantitative evaluation of pores in carbonate rock reservoirs. Background technique [0002] Reservoirs are rock formations with interconnected pores that allow oil and gas to store and permeate in them. The pores of reservoirs are important factors affecting the distribution and flow of oil and gas, so it is very important to evaluate the pores of reservoirs. Carbonate reservoirs occupy an important position in the distribution of oil and gas in the world. Its oil and gas reserves account for about 50% of the world's total oil and gas reserves, and its oil and gas production accounts for more than 60% of the world's total oil and gas production. However, there are many types of pores in carbonate reservoirs, large secondary changes, and complex structures. The evaluation of pores in carbonate reservoirs, especially quantitat...
