The method comprises the steps of: detecting the temperature of waste gas after air draft burning of a sintering mixture on a trolley via M temperature detectors and N detection points on each temperature detector to generate an M*N detection temperature matrix, wherein the M temperature detectors are located on a bellows at the middle rear part and distributed uniformly in the running direction of the trolley; performing curve fitting on each column in the M*N detection temperature matrix to generate N columns of temperature curves, wherein the temperature curve is fitted five times by adopting a least square method; generating N sintering end points according to the N columns of temperature curves, and generating an average sintering end point according to the N sintering end points; generating N columns of vertical sintering speeds according to the N sintering end points, and generating an average sintering speed according to the average sintering end point; and generating N corresponding burning consistency indexes according to the N columns of vertical sintering speeds and the average sintering speed.
