The method comprises the following steps of acquiring a target video to be processed and face position information in the target video in real time; acquiring a virtual article to be added, and calculating an adding position of the virtual article on a face position according to position model information of the virtual article and the face position information; drawing the virtual article at the adding position of the target video in real time; and when control operation to the virtual article is detected, according to the control operation, updating a position state of the virtual article.
