Provided is a processing method of kaolin washed clay. 7 kinds of kaolin crude ores with different components are firstly smashed into particles with a particle diameter of 10mm-15mm through a jaw crusher and then smashed into 325-mesh screen fine powder through a raymond mill; afterwards, configuration of the fine powder of 7 kinds of kaolin is conducted, the configured fine powder is mixed evenly and poured into a stirring bucket, water is added for stirring, after the step above, the stirred kaolin is poured into a pool to be subjected to secondary stirring to obtain a clay slurry, and the clay slurry is sent into a magnetic separator to be subjected to deironing twice; the deironed slurry is filtered into clay pieces in a pressing mode, then the clay pieces are milled into clay segments through a stainless steel vacuum pug mill, the mug segments is sent into a rotary kiln to be stoved at a temperature of 600 DEG C to obtain a spherical kaolin washed clay with the diameter of 20mm-30mm. The kaolin washed clay has the advantages of simple processing method, low cost and easy operation.
