Embodiment

[0026] Such as figure 1 As shown, a new type of metamaterial with non-negative equivalent permittivity and equivalent magnetic permeability is applied to the wireless energy transmission system to improve the energy transmission efficiency of the system.

[0027] The new material includes a dielectric substrate 1, and x*y periodically arranged metal units are printed symmetrically on both sides of the dielectric substrate, X and Y are both natural numbers, and the metal unit adopts a four-armed helical structure 2, and the four The arm helix structure is a rectangular helix structure or a circular helix structure. The four starting arms centered on the same starting point rotate n circles clockwise or counterclockwise at the same time. The angle between adjacent starting arms among the four starting arms is 90 degrees, and the starting points of the four arms are the same. The end points are connected together by stub lines, and a metallized via hole 3 is punched at the end p...

Abstract

The invention discloses a novel metamaterial with negative equivalent permittivity and equivalent magnetic permeability. The novel metamaterial comprises a dielectric substrate; and two sides of the dielectric substrate are symmetrically printed with x*y periodically-arranged metal units, wherein the metal unit is of a four-arm helical structure. According to the novel metamaterial of the invention, a four-arm helical terminal connected structure is adopted to replace a traditional open loop and metal stub-combined structure, and therefore, the equivalent permittivity and equivalent magnetic permeability of the novel metamaterial can be negative.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of wireless energy transmission, in particular to a novel metamaterial whose equivalent dielectric constant and equivalent magnetic permeability are both negative. Background technique [0002] According to the different mechanisms and methods of energy transmission, wireless energy transmission technology can be roughly divided into wireless energy transmission technology based on the principle of electromagnetic induction, electromagnetic wave energy transmission technology (RF radio wave technology) sent and received through antennas, laser technology, microwave technology and capacitive wireless power transfer technology based on the principle of electric field. Among these energy transmission methods, the laser method can only be transmitted point-to-point, and is easily affected by environmental factors; both microwave and RF radio wave methods have the disadvantages of too strong radiation and harmful to human ...
