In one embodiment, the method comprises the steps of using an electronic terminal to send a signal output instruction to a synchronization module according to a preset frequency; after the synchronization module receives the signal output instruction, simultaneously outputting a shutter control signal and a synchronous interrupt signal, wherein the outputted shutter control signal and synchronous interrupt signal are provided to an image recording device and an inertia measurement device respectively; when the shutter control signal starts, using the image recording device to trigger a shutter to shoot; when the synchronous interrupt signal starts, using the inertia measurement device to interrupt the measurement and obtains the measurement data recorded at the interruption, wherein the shutter control signal and the synchronous interrupt signal start synchronously.
