By means of the production technology, the NaCl solution is electrolyzed by negative and positive electrodes, NaOH and various oxides required for procedures of fabric desizing, refining and bleaching are generated, and fabric is desized, refined and bleached integrally. The requirements of fabric desizing, refining and bleaching are met while feeding and procedures of the production technology are simplified. Meanwhile, various biochemical indexes of sewage produced in the whole implementation process of the production technology are remarkably lower than those of sewage produced through an existing production line, and the sewage treatment cost is greatly reduced.
