Embodiment Construction

[0020] The IMS network-based video conference access service quality assurance method provided by the present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

[0021] The purpose of the present invention is to solve the problem of dynamic service quality and its guarantee in the above-mentioned prior art, and propose a two-layer service quality guarantee mechanism, which can provide the Dynamic guaranteed quality of service.

[0022] This method divides the guarantee of service quality into an upper and lower two-layer architecture. The upper layer architecture is a differentiated service (DiffServ) model, which implements differential authorization and management based on user services for IMS media services, and then adds a QoS-LRF function module, which is responsible for resetting Service quality level, so that high-priority business enjoys better service quality guarantee. The underlying architecture uti...

Abstract

The invention relates to a video conference access QoS (Quality of Service) assurance method based on an IMS network. The video conference access QoS assurance method comprises the following steps: an upper architecture is set up; a QoS level re-positioning functional module is newly increased in the upper architecture; with the help of a parameter, namely a service flexibility bit, different priority levels are set for different services including voice, videos and data in a video conference by utilization of the module; a lower architecture aggregates priority level information of the upper architecture through a multi-protocol label switching network, maps the priority level information into different labels, and performs data forwarding according to the labels; and the upper and lower architectures are mutually connected into a whole, so that a MPLS-based IMS network QoS overall architecture is obtained. The video conference access QoS assurance method disclosed by the invention has the advantages that: a PCC architecture in an original IMS is improved; therefore, flexible and dynamic QoS assurance can be realized; simultaneously, network resources are optimized; effective bearing is realized through a MPLS technology; the packet forwarding rate is increased; and the QoS is ensured.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of communication, in particular to an IMS network-based video conference access quality of service (QoS) guarantee method. Background technique [0002] With the gradual evolution of the communication network from traditional circuit switching to NGN (Next Generation Network) based on IP packet switching, various new technologies have also emerged. Currently, the mainstream technologies of NGN include softswitch and IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem). IMS is a system proposed by 3GPP to support multimedia services, which can provide terminal users with more flexible and diversified multimedia services. As the core technology of NGN, IMS inherits and optimizes the softswitch technology, aims to solve the problem of mobile and fixed network integration and interworking, and build a variety of differentiated service integration architectures such as voice, video, and data. As a network architecture based on the Ses...
