The system is used through the following steps of firstly, detecting whether people move in the automobile cabin through an infrared sensor (or a human body sensor) which is additionally mounted in the automobile cabin; then judging whether the temperature in the automobile cabin is high or low through a temperature sensor which is additionally mounted in the automobile cabin; if the dangerous situation that the people move in the automobile cabin and the temperature in the automobile cabin is too high is detected, judging the opening and closing state of a central control door lock relay and the opening and closing state of a glass lifting relay through a body control module (BCM) of the automobile; and if the central control door lock relay and the glass lifting relay are both in a closed state, instructing the glass lifting relay to work and open automobile glass windows by the body control module (BCM) to achieve the purposes of cooling and ventilating, so that people in the automobile cabin are prevented from being killed by stuffiness.
