The invention discloses a civil aircraft passenger cabin comfort quantitative evaluation method which is used for solving the technical problem of poor accuracy of an evaluation result of an existing comfort evaluation method. The technical scheme is that key indexes are acquired from research data by adopting a factor analysis method; a three-layer civil aircraft passenger cabin comfort index system is established; a mutual influence relationship of all the indexes is analyzed by adopting a DEMATEL (Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory), and according to importance degrees, weights are allocated; passenger cabin comfort is evaluated by adopting a multistage fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method; and by utilizing a subordinate theory of fuzzy mathematics, subjective fuzzy evaluation of the comfort is converted into quantitative evaluation.
