The preparation method comprises the steps of wetting fibers through resin, so as to prepare the fiber resin layers; carrying out surface treatment on metal sheets, so as to prepare the metal layers; alternately laying the fiber resin layers and the metal layers in a mold cavity; and carrying out heating, pressurization and curing treatment on the layer structures in the mold cavity.
