Embodiment Construction

[0029] The following is based on Figure 1 to Figure 6 To describe the present invention in detail, the x direction in each figure points to the front side of the refrigerator, and the y direction points to the lateral side (right side) of the refrigerator. figure 1 It is a schematic diagram of the refrigerator box structure, figure 2 Yes figure 1 The front view of the box body 10 shown illustrates the deformation tendency of the outer shell 100 and the inner tank 200 . like figure 1 and figure 2 As shown, the embodiment of the present invention provides a refrigerator, which includes a box body 10 . The box body 10 includes an outer shell 100 made of metal material (such as steel plate) and an inner tank 200 made of non-metal material (such as plastic). The liner 200 is disposed inside the outer shell 100 to define a foaming cavity with the outer shell 100 . The foaming cavity is used to accommodate the liquid foaming agent and solidify the liquid foaming agent in it ...

Abstract

The invention provides a refrigerator. The refrigerator comprises a refrigerator body. The refrigerator body comprises an outer shell made from a metallic material, a liner made from a non-metallic material and at least one heat insulation partition plate, wherein the liner is arranged on the inner side of the outer shell so that a foaming cavity can be defined by the liner and the outer shell; the foaming cavity is used for containing a liquid foaming agent and solidifying the liquid foaming agent into a foaming layer; the heat insulation partition plates are fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the outer shell; and a space allowing the liquid foaming agent to flow in is defined by the heat insulation partition plates and the inner wall of the outer shell. According to the refrigerator, the contraction amount difference of the outer shell and the liner during cooling can be reduced in the cooling process after foaming of the refrigerator body, and thus the situation that the middle of the refrigerator body is sunken inwards is relieved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a refrigerating and freezing device, in particular to a refrigerator. Background technique [0002] At present, the cabinet wall of a refrigerator is generally composed of a metal shell, a non-metal liner, and a foam layer formed between the two. During the foaming process, there is often a phenomenon that the middle part of the shell and the inner tank is sunken inward. Especially for the two lateral (left and right) sidewalls of the box body, because of their high height, the concave deformation will be more obvious. [0003] The concave deformation of the cabinet will have adverse effects on the subsequent normal assembly process of the refrigerator, the sealing of the cabinet and the door, and even the appearance of the refrigerator. Contents of the invention [0004] The object of the present invention is to overcome the above-mentioned defects in the prior art, and provide a refrigerator with a small difference in shr...
