The upper controlling arm and the lower swinging arm are connected with a vehicle body; the driven shaft passes the lower swinging arm and is connected with the steering knuckle; the upper controlling arm is connected with the steering knuckle; the steering system further comprises a universal driving device which is arranged between the driven shaft and the steering knuckle; the steering motor is arranged on the lower swinging arm, and the output end of the steering motor is connected with the universal driving device; and the torque output by the steering motor drives the steering knuckle through the universal driving device to drive the wheel to steer.
