The thermal cracking processing method for the organic rubbish comprises the steps that first, the rubbish is preprocessed; second, thermal cracking is started; third, continuous cracking is conducted till thermal cracking of the organic rubbish is completed; and the second step and the third step both further comprise processing of smoke gas and smoke ashes produced by cracking. The thermal cracking processing device of the organic rubbish comprises a thermal cracking mechanism, a flue and a smoke gas processing mechanism. The thermal cracking mechanism comprises a hollow cracking chamber used for thermal cracking of the organic rubbish. The smoke gas processing mechanism comprises a filtering device and an adsorbing cavity which communicate with each other. The lower end of the flue communicates with an inner cavity of the cracking chamber, and the upper end of the flue is located at the lower end of the filtering device. According to the thermal cracking processing method and device for the organic rubbish, secondary pollution produced in secondary transship of the rubbish is avoided, and dioxin is not produced in the processing process.
