According to the detection method, a principle of wavelength dispersibility is utilized, a Polaroid (31) in a polarization analyzer (3) is rotated by taking a preset angle as an interval, light emitted by the circular polarization panel (1) enters a spectrometer (5) through the Polaroid (31) and a depolarization filter disk (33), the spectrometer (5) is used to measure a full spectrum every time the Polaroid (31) is rotated, and the circular polarization length and the circular polarization delay magnitude can be calculated according to full-spectrum data measured by the spectrometer (5).
