The method is characterized by comprising the steps of simulating a repair activity in an immersive virtual environment; performing dynamic assessment and verification on a repairability design level of a product; calculating a repairability quantitative index conformity status and verifying whether a repairability qualitative requirement is met or not according to data obtained by verification; and verifying whether the repairability meets an index requirement or not through comprehensive tradeoff. According to the method, repairability design assessment is performed by utilizing a virtual repair technology, and the product and a repair process do not need to be realized physically, so that the deficiencies of long manufacturing cycle, high cost and difficult modification and update of a physical prototype are overcome. The researched helicopter virtual repair technology is an important development direction of helicopter repairability design nowadays, and basic methods and ideas of research have a certain reference value for carrying out the helicopter repairability design.
