The invention discloses a preparation technology of a silk
protein bone nail with a porous structure and
biological activity, and particularly relates to the technical field of
biomedical engineering.The preparation technology comprises the following steps that S1, a silk
protein raw material is provided, and a regenerated silk
protein solution is prepared through degumming, dissolving and purifying treatment; s2, uniformly mixing the silk
protein solution obtained in the step S1 with a pore-
foaming agent to prepare mixed
slurry with proper
viscosity; and S3, transferring the mixed
slurry obtained in the step S2 into three-dimensional printing equipment, and performing
extrusion printing according to a preset bone nail three-dimensional model. According to the preparation technology of the silk protein bone nail with the porous structure and the
biological activity, the silk protein bone nail with the mutually-communicated porous structure is prepared through the synergistic effect of the three-dimensional printing technology and the pore-
foaming agent, and the overall
porosity is 60%-85%. The porous structure effectively improves the problem of poor
connectivity of pore channels formed by traditional methods such as salt
dissolution pore forming and the like, and is beneficial to
cell migration,
blood vessel ingrowth and
nutrient substance transmission, so that the
bone defect repair process is accelerated.
