The method solves a problem in the prior art that the recognition and matching are difficult to perform because the cigarette material standards are not unified and are diversified in forms. When a built historical experience library with a self-learning function is not matched with the cigarette material permission standard database, the secondary matching with the historical experience library is carried out, and the matching accuracy is improved.
