Abstract

The invention relates to the field of radiotherapy, and provides a radiotherapy plan optimization method. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a dose objective of an area-of-interest, wherein the area-of-interest includes organs-of-interest and tumor-of-interest; establishing an optimization model and conducting optimization; calculating dose distribution in the area-of-interest after conducting optimization; and iteratively implementing the following steps until radiotherapy plan optimization is completed: judging whether the dose distribution in the area-of-interest satisfies the dose objective or not, if so, completing the radiotherapy plan optimization, if not, updating the current optimization model and optimizing the optimization model, and calculating the dose distribution in the area-of-interest after conducting the optimization. The radiotherapy plan optimization method provided by the invention can continuously update the optimization model by adding sampling points, which fail to satisfy the dose objective, to the optimization model, so that a radiotherapy plan satisfying a dose requirement in the area-of-interest is obtained.
