An aeroengine guide vane simulated working condition inspection system and method are provided, wherein the system comprises a hydraulic pump which supplies oil to an engine to be tested, a time relay is arranged between the hydraulic pump and the engine to be tested, the time relay is used for controlling the time for the hydraulic pump to supply oil pressure each time so that speed increase and decease during working of an engine guide vane is simulated, and the guide vane is connected with an angle indicator used for measuring opening of the guide vane.
