During the packaging process of a traditional light emitting diode, a phase change material is used as a part of packaging, and epoxy resin or silica gel is used as the sealant, the packaging structure of the phase change material directly contacted with the LED chip is acquired; the heating of the LED chip or the temperature rise of the external environment can make a part of phase change material reach the melting point and generate the phase change; the thermal stress generated by sharp expansion in phase change can cause the offset of the connection line between the chip and the packaging structure and further lead to the LED breakage, thereby reaching the alarm effect of current disconnection and lighting stoppage at a certain temperature. The decline of chip temperature after the LED disconnection or the decline of the external environment temperature can make that the connection line between the chip and the packaging structure is re-contacted with an upper electrode of the chip, the LED is conducted, and thus the alarm is automatically eliminated. The alarm is low in cost, simple in structure, and can realize the exact alarm of the LED chip or the external environment at one temperature point or temperature section.
