Abstract

The invention discloses an experimental facility of bent pipe sand blocking and vertical pipe sand carrying in transport process of offshore oil and gas. The facility comprises a vertical pipe segment, a bent pipe segment, an adding sand tank, a gas supply system, a water supply system, a data-collection system and a sand movement detection system. The vertical pipe segment and the bent pipe segment forms one-piece L-shaped segment, and the gas supply system and the water supply system are both connected to the gas-liquid mixing device and then the gas-liquid mixing device is connected to the adding sand tank and the bent pipe segment and the vertical pipe segment in turn. The data-collection system is used for respectively collecting the pressure signals in the gas supply line and gas-liquid mixing line and the vertical pipe segment and the bent pipe segment, the sand movement detection system is used for detecting the sand condition in the bent pipe segment and the vertical pipe segment.
