Embodiment Construction

[0039] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0040] The invention provides a CSI-based indoor positioning technology, which mainly solves the problem of multipath effect and noise when wireless signals are applied to indoor positioning, and solves the problem of low precision when CSI is applied to indoor positioning.

[0041] This system is based on the improvement of CSI indoor positioning application. In recent years, many Wi-Fi-based indoor positioning applications have been proposed, for example, based on RFID (Radio Frequency Identification, radio frequency identification) technology and RSSI (Received Signal Strength Indicator, received signal strength) technology. However, it is the first time to use CSI to realize indoor positioning, and only use existing commercial equipment and do not require people to carry sensors. This mechanism is applied in the indoor Wi-Fi environment, using the characteristics ...

Abstract

The invention discloses an indoor positioning method based on a CSI (Channel state information) signal. The method has the main processes that firstly, a low-path wave filter is used for performing filtering processing on the collected CSI signal to remove most background noise; secondly, the filtered signal is subjected to PCA (principal component analysis) processing to reach the dimension reduction de-noising effect; thirdly, the processed signal is subjected to people walking signal feature (including signal energy intensity, energy variance, wave peak and wave trough number and phase) extraction; finally, a machine learning algorithm is used for training to obtain an indoor positioning model based on CSI. The indoor positioning method based on the CSI provided by the invention solves the problems that in the multi-path environment, the CSI signal are susceptible to interference; the noise is too great; the precision is low when the method is used for indoor positioning.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of wireless networks, in particular to an indoor positioning technology based on CSI signals. Background technique [0002] In recent years, there have been more and more scenarios where wireless signals are applied to indoor positioning. As Wi-Fi signals cover various places in people's lives, such as shopping malls, airports, homes, and offices, Wi-Fi signals are used in Indoor positioning has inherent advantages. However, wireless signals have multiple propagation paths such as direct radiation, reflection, and scattering indoors, which will cause multipath effects, which will affect the accuracy of indoor positioning based on wireless signals. In addition, wireless signals are highly susceptible to interference indoors, and there is also the problem of background noise. Therefore, solving the noise problem in a multipath environment is a key issue in the application of wireless signals to indoo...
